Feeling the weight of stress? We all experience it. Between demanding careers, busy home lives, and the constant pressures of modern life, many of us feel overwhelmed and exhausted.

Mindfulness educator, Carleen, will guide you through:

• Easy-to-learn breathing exercises that can be practiced anywhere, anytime.
• Gentle, rejuvenating stretches to release tension and improve your posture.
• Simple mindfulness techniques to bring more awareness and calm to your daily life.​ ​
