Why does the Chapter conduct Fundraising Activities?

Our fundraising efforts are to help us build our "Educational Fund." Our Educational Fund is used to reimburse members for their registration fees (or a portion of their registration fees) related to the ABWA Annual National Women's Leadership Conference and the various ABWA-sponsored Regional Conferences (please refer to our Chapter Standing Rules for eligibility and complete details). Additionally, we fund our participation in the Business Skills Tuition Reimbursement Program (BSTR) through the Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund (SBMEF). Read more about this program!
