Here's an opportunity to get a jump start on developing your strategic business plan for greater success in 2024. Lee Crumbaugh, CEO of Forrest Consulting, Annapolis, a strategy consultant, business coach, and certified Strategy Management Professional, will talk to AWBA members about the elements of a winning strategic business plan, present the process used to help hundreds of clients develop winning plans, and offer actionable guidance to ABWA members on how to develop their plans.
