To become a premier women's leadership organization in our area, empowering diverse businesswomen to develop leadership skills that positively impact our community, their personal and professional lives, and beyond. We will foster an environment that challenges the status quo by encouraging members to propose bold, fresh ideas and provide them with the platform, courage, and support to do so.

Our theme for March is “The Power of the Woman.” In celebration and honor of Women’s History Month and International Women's Day, we want to enlighten women on the power that resides in her to become whoever she desires, living her best life in the fullness of who she has been created to be. Whether she pursues corporate, entrepreneurial, or philanthropic endeavors, she has the power to choose and is poised to lead. Meeting Location: Doubletree Hotel Look Out Room (Inside Restaurant) 210 Holiday Court, Annapolis, 21401 Registration Deadline: Sunday, March 5, 2023, 10:00pm. No onsite walk-in's can be permitted. Reservations after March 5th, will be Zoom only. Important Note: In following guidance from the state and CDC, wearing masks is optional and a personal choice. Each person attending the event will be required to sign the ABWA COVID waiver release on the registration form. |

We are a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization. This means, our monthly programs and membership activities are funded through membership dues, fundraising efforts, and various sponsorship opportunities.
