It was the call to purpose that has led Dr. Bell to places never seen and to do things never imagined. But what she soon discovered; she had been purposed for it all along. At the time of discovery of her purpose, she was coming out of a challenging divorce and unexpected job loss. Despite her many career successes up to that point, she wandered into self-doubt, questioning her worth and feeling the ultimate disappointment by what she believed were setbacks. Purpose gave her new life and momentum that changed the trajectory of her life as she emerged from the depth darkness. It was a “New Birth.” She learned her setbacks were mere setups for what God had purposed her to do. Since discovering her purpose, she has gone from corporate to entrepreneurship, real estate investing, authorship, international speaking assignments, podcasting, working with clients globally, and hosting an international women's economic conference all on a mission to empower 1,000,000 women to gain economic independence as they make their purposed mark in the world. She coaches women executives/entrepreneurs who after climbing to the top, realize they got lost during the climb and now question who they are. She helps them find their way home. Her game changing leadership programs are helping women go from questioning their game to being the game changer who changes the game for others.
She is the global award-winning author of Mirror Affirmations, graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, former CPA, a Power Coach, entrepreneur and proud mom. She spent 30 years in healthcare prior to embarking on her entrepreneurial journey 6 years ago. As a Senior corporate executive, she remains the first African American and woman to have run a national $29 billion healthcare program which serves over 5M members in its 63 year history. Her movement to empower women through purpose and entrepreneurship to create economic independence has led to features internationally including Her Grit Magazine ( South Africa), Women Entrepreneur Magazine (New Zealand), SABC, SABC2, ENCA TX, Afternoon Express with the I Am Jeanie D,(Cape Town), MOJA Live Show (Johannesburg), Radio One, Radio Pulpit, CCFM 105 (SA) iHeart Radio, BOSS Network Guest Blogger, the Happy Entrepreneur Show, 4SistersLive, and a host of podcasts. In 2019, she launched a global Women’s Economic Empowerment Conference, Purpose on the Rise, in Johannesburg, SA attracting international audiences from South Africa, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Australia, Canada, USA, Amsterdam, France, and Germany. In 2021, she was named one of the top 20 Business Coaches by VIP Global Magazine and appointed to the International Board of Directors of the World Women Organization (WWO).
In 2022, she was named Secretary, WWO and launched a new consultancy and coaching group, Reach Your 10. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, and Kingdom Fellowship AME Church, Silver Spring, MD.
